Description
Those who have completed a vocational qualification in the field of cleaning and real estate services are able to work at a customer site in real estate, housework or cleaning service tasks and in customer service situations in accordance with the service contract of the customer site. Those who have completed the degree can focus their professional skills on real estate management, domestic work services, facility maintenance, technical real estate management or facility maintenance according to the title of the degree.
According to the optional parts of the degree (a total of 31, from which 90 students are selected), the person who has completed the degree can plan and implement cleaning services in various customer sites, such as food processing plants, special sites, hotel and accommodation facilities, shopping centers and shop premises, cultural and historical sites, means of transport, educational institutions and kindergartens, clean rooms, building cleaning, industrial plants, healthcare facilities or swimming pool and spa facilities.
In addition, with the optional parts of the degree, a person who has completed the degree can direct their professional skills to assistance and care, providing assistance and transaction services, taking care of houseplants, adjusting and controlling building automation, home food services, basic cleaning services, yard and outdoor maintenance, textile maintenance, job guidance, working as a workplace supervisor, swimming -for maintenance and upkeep of pool systems, use and maintenance of outdoor treatment machines, and environmental maintenance services.

Structure
The professional qualification in the cleaning and real estate services industry includes three areas of expertise (area of expertise in property management, area of expertise in domestic work services and area of expertise in premises maintenance). The degree titles in the field of real estate management are real estate manager (AT) and technical real estate manager. The title of the qualification in the competence field of domestic work services is home care worker (AT). The degree titles in the competence field of facilities maintenance are facilities maintenance and premises maintenance (AT). The degree consists of one compulsory (15 ECTS) part of the degree, one optional part of the degree in the field of expertise (45 ECTS) and optional parts of the degree, which are chosen by a total of 90 ECTS. The scope of the degree is 150 credits. A mandatory part of the degree is the production of customer-oriented cleaning and real estate services.
