Objectives
With this master's degree, the aim is to publicize the set of rules that regulate this new branch of Law, which are scattered in different international instruments, such as treaties, resolutions, or declarations of different specialized bodies of the United Nations. All this legal system constitutes a system characterized by the note of statehood because even when it finds its theoretical foundation in the international legal system (what is called international criminal law), it is based, from a practical point of view, on the foundations of the legislation and internal jurisdictions of the States.
Career Opportunities:
Passing this master's degree entails the acquisition of the necessary skills so that practicing lawyers can intervene in those judicial proceedings that have as their object any of the crimes defined in international criminal regulations and also know how to adequately use the existing procedural instruments related to international legal cooperation.
For the personnel of the National Police Corps and members of the higher ranks of officers of the Civil Guard and the Armed Forces, passing this master's degree will not only allow them to carry out their professional responsibilities more adequately but also by being an official master's degree will grant you a series of points that will be beneficial for professional advancement.
