Description
The process of training medical personnel specialized in community nursing was started in our country as a result of the influence of a complex of socio-economic, political and cultural factors, which imposed essential changes in the educational management of nurses.
Requirement
· Be a Romanian citizen or one of the EU or EEA member states;
· to have graduated from a form of higher education with a bachelor's degree with a specific master's profile.
Structure
The master's program in community nursing aims to deepen knowledge in the field of community nursing, with the mission of:
• Acquisition of knowledge during trainingadditional theories that make possible the scientific understanding of the community nursing process. This allows for assumptionindividual responsibility regarding nursing activity after graduating from the master's program.
• Acquisition of communication skills during trainingnecessary for the application of care depending on the specifics of the individual, the family or the community to which he belongs.
• Acquisition during training of an extensive palette of techniquesof general and individualized care and the identification of skillsspecific for the field of community nursing
• Acquiring attitudes during trainingand behaviorstowards the cared-for individual, his/her relatives but also towards colleagues from the care team; acquiring respect for life, society and its positive values.
• Providing the possibility to apply the acquired knowledge in practice.
Fees
The tuition fee is 4800 RON / year and can be paid in two installments, in the first 10 days of the semesters.
