To train professionals with the personal and professional skills needed to create and manage innovative technological solutions in the area of healthcare, while acquiring broad knowledge of the healthcare environment, healthcare practice and the technologies, methods and instruments used to improve people's quality of life.
Training
This degree combines comprehensive training in engineering, management, innovation and health sciences with a human approach focusing on healthcare. 50% of the degree credits correspond to computer and telecommunications engineering subjects, 23% to health sciences and 7% to management and innovation.
Multidisciplinary approach
Students of the bachelor's degree in Health Engineering will have unique skills in the technology, medical and health fields. They will undertake internships in hospitals and companies in the sector, and will acquire the competencies needed to lead the technological advances that will define the medicine of the future.

Recommended: Spanish certificate: It is not necessary for students to prove their level of Spanish or Catalan by sending a certificate, but the recommended level of Spanish and/or Catalan is a minimum of B1. It is worth noting that students who do not have the required language skills may have difficulty taking part in classes and may eventually fail the exams or not be accepted into class by the lecturer and, therefore, not obtain the corresponding credits.
