About the Program
The Computer Engineering program gives you the up-to-date theoretical knowledge and specialist skills you need to achieve your career ambitions. Our program ensures that students will graduate equipped with the knowledge and skills to work in a variety of fields. The curriculum is continuously improved to meet the emerging requirements of today’s technologically advancing world, especially in software systems and architecture. The programming languages that are widely used today, their application areas, and usage patterns based on the strengths of these languages are emphasized within the program. The theoretical and hands-on aspects of computing platforms, communication networks, and hardware technologies are also studied complementing the software part of the program.
Program Aim and Outcomes
The aim of our department is to educate students to become qualified individuals who are capable of generating effective solutions by using engineering approaches in computer engineering and provide new direction to the field of computer engineering with academic research.

Career Opportunities
Computer engineering graduates have been employed under various job titles such as software engineers, hardware engineers, network and data communications engineers, database specialists, remote sensing and geographic information system specialists, information security engineers, and system analyst and designers in Turkey too. For our graduates to succeed in seemingly different many such fields, we teach them various fundamental science courses, professional courses as well as technical and nontechnical elective courses. Requirement
A copy of your High School Diploma (O LEVEL & A LEVEL) e.g (WAEC, NECO, SAT, KCSE, ZIMSEC, GCE)
A copy of your International passport Bio-data page.
A copy of your recent Passport Photo.
A valid copy of your Result Checker Card.
All applicants for undergraduate degree courses must possess a minimum qualification of five (5) credits, in the Senior Secondary School Certificate (WAEC, NECO, SAT, KCSE, ZIMSEC, GCE).
Fees
* Fees include scholarship, registration, social activity, and all taxes.
* The Student Permit fee of approx. USD $100, which also includes Annual Health Insurance, is payable directly to the TRNC Ministry of Health.
