Description
The young graduate will master experimental and analytical approaches of the “omics” type. He will be familiar with high-throughput sequencing technologies as well as the different fields of genomics (transcriptome, epigenome, proteome, etc.). Thanks to the acquisition of skills in applied bioinformatics, he will be able to carry out the statistical and functional analysis of genomic data by exploiting the main biological databases.
Requirement
Relevant bachelor degree program in data science or equivalent
Structure
The young graduate will acquire the skills necessary to carry out a wide range of experimental approaches in genomics as well as to evaluate the quality of the results obtained. He will also develop the statistical and computer skills necessary for the analysis and exploitation of the data obtained.
