Animal science is based on biology and studies the basic laws of life such as genetic variation, growth and development, reproduction, digestion and metabolism of higher economic animals. The animal science major is committed to cultivating senior professionals with solid basic theories, basic knowledge and basic skills in animal science, promotion, development and trade in related fields such as animal genetics and breeding, animal nutrition and feed science, animal production and management.
