Description
About the Department
The simultaneous studies of the Degree in Journalism and the Degree in Advertising and Public Relations belong to the branch of Social and Legal Sciences. In both cases, constant curiosity about everything that happens in their environment is an essential requirement for the student, together with creativity and a remarkable sensitivity to words and stories. If you are also aware that the limits between the digital and the conventional do not exist and that everything communicates, the double Degree in Journalism and Advertising and Public Relations will open the doors to this world for you.
Students who want to study this double degree must have social and communication skills as well as be able to express themselves correctly orally and in writing. All these sensitivities must be translated into reading and writing habits that will make it easier for the student to know how to tell everything that happens around them, be it through news, a report, an interview, a marketing event, an advertisement, or a story about the brand.
Structure
Journalism students who also wish to obtain a Degree in Advertising and Public Relations may do so in one academic year.
In order to graduate with the second degree, the student will have to take 75 credits of the Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, distributed according to the previous tables.
