Description
In the first year, students gain foundational knowledge and skills to work with modern technologies and materials. They can later choose a specialization in genetics and biotechnology, bioengineering and robotics, or chemistry and materials science.
Career Opportunities
The programme equips students with a broad-based academic education in natural sciences, enabling them to pursue further studies at the master's level or work in various professions such as monitoring centres, technological enterprises, and laboratories as competent lab personnel members. Graduates also have the option to continue their studies at the University of Tartu in international master's programmes in science and technology.
