Structure

Machine fitters work in industrial companies' service and maintenance tasks, installation tasks or demanding maintenance work.
The training provides good preparation for versatile and responsible work, as the safety and reliability of machine operation are important factors in industry.
The training covers machine structures, operating principles, installation, maintenance and repair as well as electrical engineering, hydraulics and pneumatics.

A machinist manufactures metal machine parts according to working drawings. Work methods include turning, milling and CNC machining. During the training, you will gain basic skills in machining, welding and installation as well as automation.

During the training, you will learn to use CNC-controlled and manually operated machine tools as well as CAD/CAM technology and 3D modeling.

During the studies, you will become familiar with:
- machining (turning and milling)
- CNC machining (CNC turning and use of a machining center)
- robot programming (use of a robotic machining center)
- basics of hydraulics and pneumatics
- basics of installation technology
- basics of welding
- 3D part modeling
- racing car parts manufacturing

In addition, fire work and occupational safety cards are completed during the training, and we learn about 3D printing of parts.

Sheet metal weldermanufactures various pieces and products from metal, such as sauna heaters, car and forest machine frame structures. The work uses drawings and information technology.

The work of a sheet metal welder is cutting, bending, rounding, grinding and edging metal sheets. Parts are joined together by welding, riveting, soldering or screwing. Laser technology is used for sheet cutting, CNC sheet processing machines for sheet processing, and welding robots for assembling pieces.

During the studies, you will become familiar with
- welding and plate work
- qualification tests with different welding processes
- CNC edging
- robot programming (robotic welding and - edging)
- installation technology
- basics of machining
- basics of hydraulics and pneumatics
- 3D part modeling
- racing car part manufacturing.

In connection with the training, fire work and work safety cards will be completed, as well as familiarization with 3D printing of parts.

The plastic and rubber product manufacturer works versatile in the production of plastic and rubber products as a production employee or quality supervisor.

During the training, you get to know the basics of plastic and rubber technology as well as different manufacturing methods. In addition, we learn to make plastic and rubber products from different materials and to use the tools and equipment of the industry safely and efficiently.

During the studies, you will also become familiar with
- design
- measurement and testing techniques
- quality control.
