Frequently asked questions

You can apply for a maximum of five different degrees and a maximum of ten applications if some are repeated. It is not mandatory to apply for the maximum number of degrees, that is, a person can apply for a single degree from the Galician university system

In that case, you must reconfirm that you are still interested in remaining on the waiting list for the degree(s) that are still your preference and that are not closed. If you have changed your mind and wish to enrol in the course you have been invited to, you can do so, but the process is over. You can no longer change your enrolment for any of the courses that are not yet closed. For those you have applied for with the highest preference and that are closed, at this point in the admission process you can mark that you wish to continue on the waiting list for that degree/s, in case vacancies arise as a result of registration cancellations. After each call, you must mark that you wish to continue on the waiting list for the closed degrees that still interest you and, if you do not enrol, you must reconfirm that you are still interested in remaining on the waiting lists for the degrees that are not closed

Yes. The access route from a higher level training cycle allows access to any university degree, considering as the first admission criterion the final grade of the cycle plus the sum of the weighted grades of the voluntary phase.

If after each call you reconfirm that you are still interested in remaining on the CIUG lists, you can wait without enrolling in another one until the degree appears as closed.
