The objective of the Master of Science in Business Administration Program is to educate graduates who will be the leader managers that businesses and corporations need. By considering the importance of human resources for businesses and teaching the skills and capabilities required for managers and leaders in today’s globalized business life, it is aimed that implementations will be applied in the business arena. Thesis Master’s Programme in Business Administration of the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, Department of Business Administration offers a higher education with its qualified academic staff. The Programme is for individuals who can work efficiently at the administrative departments of production and service businesses in the public or private sector and aims to enable students to acquire the skills of analytical, fast, and multi-dimensional thinking, and the competencies of making strategic decisions, and tackling issues with a global view.
