About the Department
The Master's is aimed at graduates and graduates in the area of Audiovisual Communication, Fine Arts, Computer Science, Telecommunications, and any university degree that is linked to the audiovisual environment.
It also accommodates graduates in the Higher Cycle of Vocational Training in the Image and Sound family: Senior Technician in Production of Audiovisual Projects and Shows; TS in Lighting, Capture, and Image Treatment; TS Audiovisual Production and Shows.
Potential students also include professionals in the audiovisual area.
Objectives
The main objective of the Master's is to train the best professionals in the composition of visual effects for film, television, and advertising. This fundamentally practical teaching provides the student with quality skills and abilities, necessary for the creation of realistic VFX in any field of audiovisual production. This is very specialized training in which, in addition to instructing in the use of the tools and software typical of the composition of visual effects, the importance of these techniques in the whole of production, essential from the ideation of the product, is addressed. until its completion. The visual effects supervisor is a figure that must therefore be present from the beginning of the development of the project.
Internship
12 practical credits within the collaborating companies of the Master: 300 hours of practice (2 medium).
