Description
The training strengthens competence and increases confidence
in demanding personnel management expert or front-line positions. With the
help of training, personnel work that supports the business is
developed. The training also offers a great opportunity for professional
networking and peer support.

If desired, the student can also take advantage of the free offerings of
cooperating educational institutions, such as the Open University of the
University of Eastern Finland and Henry ry, as well as KoulutusOnlinen video
lectures. Students are offered individual and group guidance and support
for professional development.
The education mainly includes distance learning and learning that takes place
in working life. Learning that takes place in working life is supported by
a workplace instructor (so-called mentor) appointed by the workplace.
In order to complete the degree (or part of the degree), the student must have
a job. The degree is completed by demonstrating competence on screens in
real HR tasks. Completion of the degree follows the principles of the
special professional degree in business
Requirement
Fluent basic language skills
Basic education syllabus or similar information.
Structure
The scope of the professional degree in business is 150 competence points. The degree has six areas of expertise:
- competence area of business services
- area of expertise in sales and marketing communications
- real estate brokerage expertise
- financial services expertise
- financial management expertise
- expertise in international business and logistics.
The degree has a mandatory part of the degree for all fields of expertise: Acting in business tasks (30 competence points).
In addition to this, there are two mandatory parts of the degree in the field of expertise in real estate brokerage: Managing the sale of a housing share and Managing the sale of a residential property. In addition, all fields of expertise have optional parts of the degree by field of expertise.
