Structure
In the first two semesters of the Business Administration degree program, students learn the fundamentals and methods of business administration, along with the legal and economic foundations. Management and leadership topics are focused on in the third semester, including strategic management, development of leadership skills, the digital economy, and controlling.
These topics are explored in greater depth and discussed with executives from international companies during an international management seminar that includes a trip to a different cultural and economic region in the fourth semester. If you study Business Administration at our university, you will be required to complete a company project in each of the first three semesters, in which you will compare and evaluate business management methods and recommendations based on a specific problem from the company’s business practice.
The fourth semester is dedicated to writing your master’s thesis, in which you are required to work on a practical problem applying the methods you have learned.
