This challenging Masters degree will demonstrate to future employers that you have the skills and knowledge to take on senior Human Resources management positions.
You will study a range of HR topics, such as leadership, talent management and managing organisational change. When you successfully complete the course you will have fulfilled part of the requirements for professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and if you achieve at least a 40% pass mark in all CIPD-related areas of this degree you will have fulfilled part of the requirements for professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). As a member of the CIPD you will have access to additional HR research, conferences, training and development.

This course is designed to support career acceleration for suitably academically qualified applicants. All levels of practical work/work experience will be considered including applications from candidates with pre-graduation or limited/no work experience post degree who can display that they will benefit from a programme of this type.

Structure
Teaching methods include a mixture of online and on-campus lectures, case studies, workshops, and computer-based learning.
Your progress will be assessed through individual and group assignments, business reports, presentations, case study analysis, portfolios of work, time-constrained activities and the Masters Reflective Project.
Compared to an undergraduate course, you will find that this Masters course requires a higher level of independent reading and research.

Fees
£7,000 if you are from the UK/Europe*
£15,000 if you are an international student
*European Union (EU), EEA (European Economic Area), and Swiss nationals who do not qualify for the EU Settlement Scheme are classed as international, however, for 23/24 admission you will receive a European student fee scholarship and will pay the home tuition fee rate for the duration of your studies.
