Requirement
- First or 2:1 Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject from a recognized university.
- For students holding a Master's degree, having undertaken the MRes program, or feeling well-prepared for Ph.D. study, a Bachelor's degree may be sufficient.
- English Language requirements:
- IELTS: 7.0 overall with no less than 6.5 in all components
- The Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic): 69 with no less than 62 in any element
- TOEFL IBT: 100 overall with a minimum 24 in all 4 components
- You must obtain your English language qualification within 24 months before starting the program.
- If you need to enhance your English skills, you may consider taking a pre-sessional course to meet the required level.
- Two references are required, with at least one being an academic reference from your most recent place of study.
Structure
Your academic progress and well-being will be overseen by your dedicated supervisor throughout the program. The program milestones include registration, induction, candidature, confirmation, research, writing up, thesis/portfolio submission, examination (Viva Voce), examiner's report, final submission of thesis/portfolio, and graduation.
